Upon completion of this workshop, the participants will be able to:

- Demonstrate CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Recognize fire hazards, fire types, and appropriate extinguishing methods.

- Plan and participate effectively in workplace evacuation procedures.
- Respond appropriately to various emergency and rescue situations.

Day 2: Basic Fire Fighting, Emergency Response and Rescue

Note: Trainer may add/change some topics based on the participants for the betterment of the training experience.

The workshop is fully practical and interactive, focusing on hands-on learning. Training includes:

Program Continuous Assessment:
Trainees will be assessed in Three stages:
- Pre-Course Assessment – A short questionnaire to understand participants’ prior knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
- During the Program Delivery – Evaluation through class activities, demonstrations, and group participation in practical sessions.
- Post-Course Assessment – Participants will complete a quiz to assess their understanding of the key concepts and practical knowledge gained during the training.
